- To achieve monthly, weekly & daily production target.
- Responsible for production planning & complete production target from wax injection to post casting, NDT, balancing, grinding, final inspection and packaging.
- Implementation and achieve the effectiveness and efficiency parameter
- Implementation of corrective and preventive action in production dept.
- Improve the skill/ competency level of subordinate employee (multi skilling)
- Implementation of 5's', kaizen systems in production area.
- Work along with qc dept.
For rejection analysis and improve the trend.
- W.I.P.
Production part inventory management.
- New production line implementation.
- Ensuring that the management system conforms to the requirements of iso 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016;
- Reporting on the performance of the integrated management system, including environmental and quality performance, to top management.
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the integrate management system by:
- Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the integrated management system;
- Ensuring the integration of the integrated management system requirements into the organization's business processes;
- Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;
- Communicating the importance of effective integrated management and of conforming to the integrated management system requirements;
- Ensuring that the integrated management system achieves its intended results;
- Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the integrated management system;
- Promoting continual improvement;
- Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree in industrial, metal mechanical engineering
- 10 + years in industrial, metal mechanical engineering
- Windows office middle knowledge

- 5'S certification
- Internal audit certification
- IATF 16949 quality system
- VDA 6.3 certification
