Production Manager

**YOUR TASKS**:- Take initiative for improving production processes and products- Ensure that all safety precautions are taken, that all safety regulations are being followed, and that everything is in order and clean to the extent that is appropriate for your function and responsibilities- Co-development of investment proposals- Take the required steps to ensure that the manufacturing process runs as efficiently as possible in terms of capacity, equipment availability, staffing, budget control, quality, and delivery- Arrange and schedule the actions involved in the production, planning, and distribution of the work. Make sure the employees and resources are available. Pay attention to the delivery. Coordinate operations with other departments- Ensure compliance with quality systems, procedures, and working instructions- Promote a working environment where commitment, willingness to collaborate, development and creativity of the individual employee is encouraged- Evaluate the performance of employees- Attend meetings on addressing complaints, innovation, and productivity improvement- Ensure the availability of management information in such a way that a timely adjustment and control is possible**YOUR PROFILE**:- A broad production experience.- High energy level, natural authority, and team player necessary.- Experience with production processing and production techniques: e.G. LEAN, KAIZEN, TQM- Fluent in English and Spanish.- **MUST **have expierence in the Automotive industry.- Worked with Cut & Sew and Foam injection processes.
