Our people make Honeywell a special company and are a key competitive advantage.The Production Scheduler I will possess the basic skills to develop production plans and perform material analysis for the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Aerospace - [your site here]. Schedulers will work regularly with Supply and Production Planners & Procurement in support of releasing and completing production work orders in manufacturing and helping to resolve short term materials issues or capacity constraints.**Key Responsibilities**:- Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.- Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.- Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).- Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution. Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.- Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.- Participate in tiered accountability process- Completes work with some supervision.- Support the continued progression of HOS.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, technical or related discipline or 1-3 related years of experience**Additional Qualifications**:***- Ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of internal customers.- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Demonstrated strong bias for action and demonstrated effectiveness as a change agent for process improvement.- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.- Solid understanding of SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP, MPS, and Procurement.- Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment.- Ability to deal with ambiguity.- Understand ERP/MRP systems; particularly SAP.**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD199508- ** Category**:Integrated Supply Chain- ** Location**:Avenida Miguel De la Madrid #8102,Colonia Lote Bravo,Ciudad Juarez,CHIHUAHUA,32695,Mexico- Nonexempt
