- Implements and carries out improvement measures for the continuous reduction of manufacturing costs and process improvement.
- Applies the results of quality audits (internal and external) to optimize and ensure its implementation. performance.
- Tracks current status against defined objectives through the use of Key Performance Indicator KPI (Scrap, Productivity) Under consideration of budget or standards.
- Evaluate complex problems by detecting areas of responsibility (Goal Status, KPI deviations) and applies an escalation system until the problem is solved, presents and communicates the solution, adjusts the Standards are established if necessary.
**Profile**:
- Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar or having worked as a Supervisor or in similar positions at least 5 years.
- At least 3 years in the Automotive Industry ( Plastic injection experience will be a strong plus ).
- Experience supervising both trusted and unionized personnel, production management, meeting production, quality and safety standards.
- Experience in Problem Solving methodology (PDCA, FTA, 5 Why's, 8D's, Ishikawa Diagram, Gemba Walk, etc.)
- English skills will be desirable.
