ResponsibilitiesDisciplinary leadership of the production in the production unit (supervisors and team leads).Leading the Production Unit Management Team.Ensure appropriate assets (manpower, equipment/infrastructure, and materials) of the production unit are available and deployed to deliver the required operational performance.Lead, manage, coach, mentor, and develop production unit leadership to ensure a diverse, results-oriented organization is in place and cascaded throughout the production unit by empowerment, clear accountability, and compliance according to the ZF Way.Drive the organization in achieving operational performance/budgets, ensuring the achievement of daily (SFM Process), quarterly, and annual (OP/SP) production unit targets of safety performance, quality performance, customer delivery performance, production volumes, manufacturing costs, productivity, working capital, profit, cash (OPV, LTAR, ITR, PPP, OEE, FCP, etc.) and long-term business objectives.Foster an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring a long-term vision for the production unit supported by a detailed production unit roadmap following the ZF PS Way with a clear correlation between action and results.Produce an OP/SP and resource/infrastructure plan in collaboration with their superior based on the ZF planning cycles.Ensure that internal and external customers, product lines, and other functions are fully understood and that reliable relationships are established and maintained for mutual benefit.Drive new product launches & transfers within the Production Unit.Create an EHS environment and sustainability within the Production Unit.Required Skills & ExperienceLean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions.2+ years leadership experience.Transformation competence and organizational development skills.Coaching and mentoring skills.Business/Finance Management Acumen.Results-oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
