The Professional Services Sales Architect plays a crucial role in designing and managing implementation solutions that align with consulting engagements and sales opportunities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and soft skills to support clients effectively, ensuring successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing: Support Sales Team: Develop structures for consulting engagements, including crafting proposals and statements of work.
Prepare detailed requirements and provide accurate estimates to support quoting for implementation.
Ensure a seamless handoff of contracts from the sales process to implementation, maintaining project continuity.
Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals, contributing to company growth.
Maintain KPI compliance, accurately forecast in the CRM, and effectively manage pipeline activities.
Work closely with Sales, Consulting, Operations, and Billing to provide unified support and achieve organizational alignment.
What you'll bring: Relevant background in Finance, Consulting, and/or Operations
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive revenue
Excellent English communication skills for engaging with internal/external clients and executive staff
Effective time management and prioritization of competing requests
3+ years in Consulting, Finance, or Operations with demonstrated success.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in Consulting, Finance, or Management).
2+ years of ERP or CRM experience (Salesforce Strongly preferred).
2+ years' experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
