In this role you will support, build and execute strategic programs and partnerships that promote a culture of inclusion and equity globally across HARMAN. You will collaborate with our HR teams, business leaders and employees to ensure that the programs meet the needs of our employees and business.What You Will Do- Partner with the VP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR Corporate Functions and with the DE&I Global Manager to develop, manage, track and execute the DE&I strategy and roadmap.- Assist in creating and promoting a culture of inclusive leadership, commitment, accountability, inclusion, and equity, leveraging diversity best practices and benchmark data- Develop DE&I metrics and dashboards on monthly basis to communicate globally.- Maintain the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion HUB page updated.- Support creation of DE&I Newsletter, HUB articles, collaborate with Employer Branding on Social Media Strategy, and Internal Communications surrounding DE&I- Provide support and leadership to our employee resource groups and ensure alignment to the DE&I global framework; support the future creation of employee resource groups- Manage and identify new global DE&I partnerships and events; create and maintain theglobal DE&I event calendar and organize committees to execute the diversity celebration events throughout the year.- Keep track of expenses related to Diversity events and budget updated in monthly basis.- Create and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and communication plans for programs and initiatives- Partner with Manager of Global DE&I to support the Employee Engagement Survey DE&I contribution, survey analysis and action planning- Partner with HARMAN University continually evaluate DE&I training and develop future DE&I training where neededWhat You Need- A bachelor's degree in business administration, program management or any related field or equivalent job experience- Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and driving HARMAN's mission forward- 3+ years of experience in program or project management and the ability to operationalize and scale global programs- Manage Excel and or Power BI at an expert level (create pivot tables, macros, dashboards, etc.) and project plan tools.- Strong interpersonal, communication—both written and verbal—presentation skills
