As the Program Manager for our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key contributor in shaping our direction for, managing and supporting the delivery of programs and initiatives to support F5's early career initiatives to ensure we attract and hire quality and diverse talent. This role will primarily manage US-based programs and have the opportunity to either own or contribute to future early career talent initiatives as these grow and scale. This exciting and impactful role is part of F5's Global Early Careers Talent Acquisition team.

Day to Day, you will:
Manage and Coordinate the Americas Engineering Summer Intern Program
- Collaborate with the Americas University Recruiting team to formulate and deliver a first-class Intern program and experience that maximizes F5's opportunity to attract and convert future talent.
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers, including gathering Intern project information, coordinating the Intern matching process, delivering manager and mentor materials, resources and briefings, liaising during Program Intern Review process, supporting the Intern offboarding process.
- Support the Intern onboarding process: this will include but is not limited to: leading on all pre day 1 communications, collating and sharing information to support the Interns prior to joining and during their time with F5, coordinating introductions with Intern managers, setting up teams and other channels for Interns to connect, communicate and collaborate.
- Coordinate and manage the Intern review process ensuring key stages of objective setting and review discussions are completed and lead any necessary follow ups with managers and interns.
- Organise and own the delivery of Intern Week and other Program events during the summer program that will lead to a positive, overall experience.
- Support the budget planning process and tracking of this for the program.
- Organise Intern support programs, collaborating with Employee Inclusion Groups and other stakeholders as necessary. Build supporting relationships and regular touch points with Intern cohorts and be recognized as a point of contact for Intern queries.
- Coordinate pulse surveys and propose ideas and suggestions to deliver an excellent Intern program experience.
- Partner with the Americas UR team to support the intern conversion offer process, including supporting the offer closing process.
- Establish and report on metrics for program success and analysis to support findings and recommendations.

Early Career Initiatives
- Support the build out of new initiatives and champion F5's current and future Early Career strategies and programs.
- Work with relevant global team members and stakeholders to create and maintain both internal and external information, resources, tools and marketing materials for F5's early career programs and coordinate or lead on internal team projects as required.
- Establish metrics for programs' success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements.
- Guide stakeholders, managers and mentors through F5's Early Careers Programs, including driving expectations and standards that deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and talent.
- Build partnerships with our EIG's (Employee Inclusion Groups) and ensure diversity and inclusion is a key factor across our early career programs.
- Collaborate with non-profit partners to provide and/or coordinate F5 representation to and support of their objectives and initiatives.

Our role description will evolve to reflect new initiatives and programs, primarily in the US but with possibility to extend other locations depending on business priorities and work capacity. This role is part of a global team and therefore will include exposure to programs and initiatives in other locations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated and successful relevant professional experience, from HR, recruiting, early careers or talent management
- Demonstrated and substantial (minimum 8 years) excellent program and project management and strong process orientation required, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Relevant professional PM certifications/qualifications are preferred
