If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.As Program Manager, you will drive program execution, leading the cross-functional team to accomplish product launches while utilizing the Lear Program Management Process and disciplines.YOUR TASKS WILL BE:Drive accountability to the APQP process to assure program launch with quality.Ensure program budget requirements and financial returns meet or exceed Lear hurdle rates and corporate commitments.Run management gate reviews in Profile/Lear Pro.Create program deliverable timelines based on customer milestones.Be the face of Lear to the customer.Report to the Platform Director or specific OEM Customer Lead (Platform Manager).Run regular meetings with Southfield Sales, Southfield Purchasing, LU Engineering, Product Engineering, Plant Quality, and Southfield Quality.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.At least 5 years of automotive experience and a firm grasp of APQP principles.Working knowledge of program and operational finance.Proven record of managing within cross-functional teams and matrix-style organizations.Ability to travel domestically, with occasional international travel.Bonus if you have an MBA & wire harness experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
