Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

- Office

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service/program management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understand shipment process/methods and incoterms.
- Quotation and RFQ Skills.
- NPI management.

**Activities / Responsibilities**:
OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
- Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard work time)
- Able to handle customer visits/agenda, and plant tours.
