Key skills desired for this role include:- Understand business requirements, scope levels of effort and develop resulting statements of work- Project planning, executing, controlling and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget- Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations- Conduct process evaluations and client workshops, process-designs and documentation of current and future state processes- Reporting/Analytics experienceAs a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
