Project Assistant

Executive assistant required to support project management activities. The position reports directly to Project Director and will be responsabr:Local (Mexico) and international aights coordination Direct support to project direction activities Indirect support to project management team Coordination with Supply Chain, Human Resources anance áreas Indirect supoort to contract management team Logistic coordinations with local and international team membersQualifications Minimum College or Technician degree (administrative, accounting or project management degrees are acceptable). University degree is also acceptable Engliuency (advance level is required) Available to work in Mexico City (Schneider offices) Intermediate level of Office tools (Excel, Word and Powet Point) In some aordinary circunstance could be required short trips to Paraiso Tabasco Schedule:Full-time Req:854Z
