Determine the scope of the Project together with the Project Managers and the Resident Engineers, in order to establish the activities and resources necessary for its realization.Experience and Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree.+3 years of experience in a similar position.Experience in composite blades manufacturing.Strong leadership, mentoring, problem solving, organizational and communication skills at all levels, comfortable on the production floor and in the meeting room.Planning and project management.Core tools, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, DOE knowledge.Maintain interaction with customers and suppliers.Fluent English (is a must).Flexibility of Schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
