Job title: Project Engineer
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area (On-site) Are you ready to spearhead innovative projects in the heart of Guadalajara? We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead our CloudMES initiatives.
What You'll Do:Drive Implementation: Take charge of deploying our CloudMES projects, including MES, QMS, TPM, WMS, and other modules. You'll be involved in business research, plan development, and facilitating seamless communication.
Coordinate Requirements: Collaborate closely with product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to ensure requirements are understood and scenarios are well-explained.
Software Simulation: Deduce software based on business plans, simulate scenarios, and verify business functions to ensure smooth operations.
Project Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Your role will also involve facilitating project launch and acceptance.
Documentation: Craft and deliver project management milestone documents on schedule. Assist the project manager in executing project activities efficiently.
What We're Looking For:Educational Background: A college degree or higher, paired with at least 3 years of experience in project delivery or development related to MES/WMS/QMS.
Project Experience: You've participated in a minimum of 2 MES/WMS-related projects and are well-versed in the production processes of at least 2 industries.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MES requirement analysis methods and proficient in tools like Axure or Ink Knife for prototype design. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create organized knowledge documents.
Database Knowledge: Understand basic database operations and be comfortable with simple SQL queries.
Soft Skills: Possess a strong teamwork ethic, analytical prowess, and excellent communication skills.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese/English or Spanish is required, encompassing reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Industry Experience: Experience in implementing MES projects in the electronics industry is advantageous.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business trips, with preference given to local candidates.
