**Your Job**As Project Leader - Electronics you will collaborate with different teams to surpass the Project Plan's expectations in terms of Cost, Quality, Timing and customer satisfaction.**Our Team**Is composed of technical specialists with great leadership skills who work together to drive projects forward and enjoy constant learning and knowledge sharing.**What You Will Do**- Demonstrates effective and continuous communication and reporting project status to all relevant project stakeholders throughout all the stages of Molex Product Development Process (PDP)- Coordinate with the plant to conduct the evaluation of the project's feasibility to assure an optimal and viable solution that meets both operational and strategic objectives.- Coordinate planning, materials, quality and testing activities for sample production and initial production builds to ensure a smooth and efficient execution.- Coordinate the Cross Functional Team (CFT) to meet customer expectations and deliverables while ensuring adherence to project cost, scope, timing and engage management support proactively to promptly address any barriers that may arise.- Ensure efficient resource allocation by accurately forecasting the staffing needs for the Project and supporting the Program Manager with quotes and customer proposals.- Participate in customer presentations to showcase Molex's expertise, foster strong customer relationships and driver successful collaboration for innovative product solutions.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience successfully managing the manufacturing and life cycle of Electronic Products- Working knowledge coordinating projects in the automotive industry- Ability to communicate fluently in English- Willing and able to travel up to 10%**What Will Put You Ahead**- Knowledge of manufacturing and life cycle of PCBs, FPCs or MCPCBs.- Experience working with global CFT's, Engineering, customers, plants and vendors.- Bachelor's DegreeThis role is eligible for relocation bonus/support**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
