**ALTEN Mexico is looking for Project Leader (embebidos)**
**General Activities**:
1.
Responsible of Quality-Cost-Delivery:
- Estimates the workloads and the Unrealized
- Plans and assigns activities
- Monitors the risks
2.
Prepares and chairs the weekly Projects Comitees.
3.
Prepares and participates in monthly Steering comitees
4.
Applies the ALTEN processes, methods and tools (specifically the ADF kit)
5.
Follows KPIs and prepares the projects operational reporting to the project director.
6.
Participates in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at both operational and financial levels).
Typology of managed projects: Leads several projects with high level of comitment.
Enforces the behavioral rules regarding quality, health, security and environment defined by the Group and advised by the customer on its project.
**Requirements**:
**Education/Experience**:
Engineer or technical Master 2 degree
- 6+ years of previous experience with embedded SW, infotainment and connectivity
**Soft skills**:

**Technical Skills**:
- 6+ years of previous experience with embedded SW, infotainment and connectivity
- 2 years minimum of previous experience on projects as project manager (sw project manager o sw team lead)
- Manages or has managed a team of at least 30 people
- Leadership experience from 2+ years expected
- Experience with communication protocols
- Previous experience on fixed-price projects is a plus
- English Advanced
