Descripción del empleo
Project leader for the launch of new products in SlpP, including:
- Industrialization of the new product
- Relocation of new product
- Competence build-up
- Floor space build
- Organization and coordination of all sub-projects and activities required to meet the project goals
- Project management including planning, executing, and monitoring of projects to reach the expected results while controlling budget, scope, and timeline
- Structure the project by identifying sub-projects, activities and defining the scope, goals and deliverables for each
- Create project timeline
- Plan the budget and resource needed
- Set-up a cross-functional team and lead the team in completing the projects to reach the defined results
- Monitor the project progress (scope, timeline, costs), adapt to changes, identify potential risks and steer accordingly
- Organize the communication, information and reporting within the team, to the business unit, the lead plant, management and stakeholders
**Requisitos**:
- Certification for project managers awarded by PMI (Project Management Institute) appreciated.
- Project management methods as Agile, Scrum appreciated.
- MS-project
- Web-based documentation platform as share-point, super-OPL
- Advanced English level
- Basic Spanish and willingness to learn Spanish
- Good knowledge of the company organization
- Experience:
- MIn.5 years in a position as project leader
- Teamwork: ability to work in cross functional and multicultural teams
- Leadership: ability to provide direction to individuals and teams
- Organizational skills: ability to organize workload, processes, resources and information
- Time management: ability to manage time and resources in order to complete tasks efficiently on time
- Project coordination: ability related to project coordination, focusing on day-to-day tasks, reviewing outcomes, supervising the project teams working without direct reporting
- Risk management: ability to identify and mitigate potential future risk.
