**Summary**:
The Merchandising Project Manager Supervisor in this role has a background in business administration, project management, organizational communication or Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Primarily responsible for supervising and directing the work of Project Managers from Production, Support, Product Integrity, Programmers and Human Resources.

Ensures successful project delivery by supervising the different project timelines, process's workflows, stakeholders and project documentation. Analyzes high-level reports on project management software (Workfront, Jira) as well as Excel for decision making and strategic business decisions. Regulates, adjusts and directs the related actions of Project Managers for the successful completion of objectives in the Merchandising and Human resources departments. Chooses a course of action depending on priorities, resources, dependencies, budgets and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Identifies areas of opportunity in processes and projects to improve efficiencies and business performance. Provides high-level reports with results, KPIs and recommendations to upper management for department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Projects:

- Must monitor and set deadlines for projects across the Merchandising and Human Resources teams, create a timeline of project completion, anticipate delays and dependencies, solve and delegate issues that arise and report on project performance
- Develops, designs, and makes recommendations on new business processes to optimize operational efficiency and customer service
- Identities project risks/gaps and creates risk mitigation plans
- Serves as project lead on implementing new projects and objectives; Assures timely completion of project tasks within a specific timeframe and budget
- Acts as lead on cross-functional projects, specifically with Merchandising and Human Resources
- Supervises the continuous and standardized documentation for all existing and new projects and processes
- Conducts research to determine best practices throughout the industry to be used as a benchmark to success
- Collects and analyzes project KPIs; synthesizes results of analyses, develops and makes recommendations and alternatives based on the full spectrum of internal/external considerations
- Collaborates with business units and senior management to conduct needs assessment to support organization strategies, tactics, and learning solutions that support business unit objectives
- Collaborates with management to establish objectives, standards, and strategies for delivering updates and changes to processes
- Compiles, researches, and analyzes trends in support of projects and initiatives
- Completes other assigned duties and reporting as directed by the Director, Merchandising.

Support Projects:

- Supervises project managers from Production, Support, Product Integrity, Human Resources and Programmers teams.
- Works to consistently improve upon current tactics and implement best practices across the Merchandising and Human Resources departments.
- Analyzes current processes and recommend and implement new processes as appropriate
- Sets the project plans for any projects within teams and departments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, project management, organizational communication or Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related field of study (master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in multi-unit management role
- Jira and Agile methodology. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus
- Strong experience managing both strategic and operational activities necessary to effectively complete cross-functional projects
- Experience managing timelines and assuring project milestones are met
- Project management, networking, coaching, negotiating and relationship building skills
- Ability to think outside of the box to include new technologies
- Skilled in interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficiency running reports
- Excellent organization, project and time management, and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor, including the ability to interact with individuals on all professional levels internally and externally
