Role Overview: As an Omni-Channel Project Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel projects, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution with cross-functional teams. Client Relationship Management: Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, and resolve conflicts. Team Leadership: Mentor teams, assign tasks, and foster collaboration. Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of Omni-channel strategies, digital marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, Email Marketing, Social Media), and emerging technologies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data for insights and provide regular project updates. Top Skills: Expertise in managing complex, multi-channel projects. Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall). Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Experience with digital marketing technologies and platforms.
