**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The Project Manager will lead complex global projects (abilities up to B-category) throughout the project life cycle, which includes agreeing targets and work packages with project staff and delegate defined work packages, provide technical solution, integration of all systems, execution of site activities, managing acceptance tests and final project handover.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Ensure compliance to standards, rules, and regulations. Set necessary measures to ensure zero harm policy in environment, health, and safety, set up framework to regularly check compliance of in projects and with subcontractors.
- Responsible for the project team: guide, support, motivate and develop team members to achieve project / organization goals.
- Develop and guide project/program solution plans for complex projects/programs. Implement technical projects/programs.
- Guide the project/program management role (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management) for complex projects or programs.
- Guide continuous improvement plans and project/program expansion opportunities!
- Ensure correct assignment and monitoring of cost.
- Prepare commercial information for regular project reporting/project status discussions/landmark reviews (timeline, costs, quality, cash collection).
- Support preparing budgets and forecast for projects (e.g., Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin).
- Identify and financially assess opportunities and risks, defining suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities and taking precautions for remaining risks.
- Performance controlling, forecasting, and planning, commercial PM, risk management, accounting, compliance.
- Analyze information and provide reports and feedback to project team members and management.
- Identify risks and issues early that affect margin and schedule. Resolve and advance issues, as required.
**What You Bring**
- BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Management degree with 5 to 8+ years' experience in supporting the management of large complex projects, including experience in managing Controls Systems projects.
- Experience as Project Manager in category B/C or equivalent position demonstrating management of a project or team.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel.
- Able to present information in a clear manner to the project team and management. Strong influencing skills required to drive organization and behavior.
- Strong ability to communicate / work with international teams across different countries and cultures.
- Experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment.
- Domestic and/or international travel up to 25%. Those with current visas to the US are preferred.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience within the Siemens Services M&U business or equivalent is a plus.
- Industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMI PMP, IPMA preferred.
