**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Own Capex Budget of the sub-region: follow up spends versus forecast in a monthly basis, guarantee execution of budget with mínimal variation (usually 1%)
- Lead engineering team at sub-region: develop talents and succession plan for key positions
- Support the other regional business functions and provide information to support overall Kerry activities
- Work with the procurement function to support vendor selection in relation to regional engineering projects
- Support the manufacturing function to deliver on regional engineering projects providing the relevant project standards for manufacturing and engineering projects
- Provide project status updates to regional engineering lead

**Qualifications and skills**:
Qualifications:

- Graduation: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Food Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Engineering Projects
- Previous Experience in Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical companies
- Desirable: experience with multiple types of projects with regards to size and areas of expertise
- Desirable: background on industrial maintenance
- English: fluent
- MS Project Medium Level
- Autocad Medium Level
