In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

Project Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Managing financial and human resources for the fulfillment of objectives.
- Control expenses according to the Full Project Cost (Budget) and meet the delivery time.
- Develop the Forecast Gross Margin billing and monthly project or order giving maintenance and monitoring through the follow-up at the SAP system.
- Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders and perform the appropriate procedures for production, including the coordination of mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Review, manage and approve orders to be transferred to execution.
- Monitoring in coordination with purchase team the reception of materials to keep production process flowing.
- Monitoring manufacturing progress and manage customer reporting.
- Monitor the loading of the ERP BOM and create budgets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project and monitor CCRPs and pursue growth opportunities of the order.
- Negotiation with customers.
- Good financial skills to provide estimated Gross Marging for projects under execution.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineer.
- 7 years of experience in project management or similar.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, interim financial, electrical and mechanical design (engineering, commissioning and troubleshooting).
- Experience performing electrical designs based on customer requirements and aligned to standards.
- Knowledge and electrical design in European and American systems.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
