**Profile requirements**:- 3+ years of project management experience.- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.- Proven success working with all levels of management.- Experience working with more than 3 different teams at the same time.- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms.- Strong attention to dates.- Demonstrated success managing development teams, ensuring their work aligns with the product vision.- Experience with product development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.- Experience dealing with complex problems.- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.- High Knowledge in Continuing Improvement Process- **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
****Essential technologies and/or tools**:- Management in tools such as JIRA and Confluence systems.- Google Workspace- Slack- Background in collaboration technology, software development, SaaS.
**Main responsibilities**:- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met.- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.- Develop and maintain partnerships with different internal teams, third-party resources, including vendors.- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables within the different.
