What You Will Do: The Organizational Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing change within the organization. This role will be part of the Employee Messaging & Services and will report to the Manager, Employee Messaging & Services. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and solution partners to ensure smooth and successful implementation of change initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and Google Workspace initiatives. Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed. Own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption. Success Metrics: Successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets. High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives. Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans. What You Will Need: Basics: Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in change management or a related role. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions.
