**Overall Objective and Purpose**
Plans and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery to successful transition to services.
Projects often involve software development, implementation and upgrades, systems hardware/networks, training, operations, delivery of POA devices and set up of local operations.
Coordinates work performed by internal and external teams, customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Develops detailed project plans and schedules, and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring, risks, change control, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manages scope, schedule, budget and quality of assigned projects or project activities per project metrics.
- Manages project processes and KPIs following IDM & SDLC Processes
- Manages internal and external project stakeholders including teams, internal stakeholders, customers, partners, vendors.
Provides leadership, coordination, facilitation and motivates teams to execute projects successfully.
- Analyzes, reviews and reports project progress including the status of deliverables, resource allocations, financial forecasts.
- Applies strict change and issue/risk management processes and communicates them to project stakeholders including recovery and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinates internal and external dependencies, provides problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Improves project activities and process and innovates to provide project efficiencies.

- Supports bid processes & contract negotiations
- Mentors project team members as feasible
**Skill and Competencies**
- Solid IT project management experience with a proven track record of delivering medium to large sub-projects, medium projects/programs or portfolio of medium projects
- External customer facing skills; strong written & verbal communication skills
- Commercially aware with strong understanding of change in a business environment
- Experience of managing multi-functional virtual on/offshore teams
- Excellent leadership skills and team focus
- Works under limited direction.
Determines and develops approach to solutions.
Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
- Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency using MS Project and MS Office.
**Education & Experience or Equivalent**
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years project manager or relevant technology management experience.
Degrees are preferably in Management, Business, Computing, Project Management or Information Technology.
Achievement of industry certification i.e.
PMI CAPM or PMP, PRINCEII Foundation or preferably Practitioner, or equivalent.
Project management experience with demonstrated success delivering projects on-time, within budget, in-scope and to stakeholders satisfaction.
Should possess international experience implementing projects that required working with customers and/or vendors of different cultures/languages.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
