- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, particularly flow diagrams.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
- Knowledge of bot development.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
