Project Manager Jr

This person will be responsible for the administration of the projects located in Florida.This will entail being the liaison between the attorney,interior designer, architect, engineer, contractor, designer and sales team and the project developers.
Will coordinate all activities having to do so.This will include the administration,contracting,collection of draw requests and releases, sales deposits and contracts, procurement of consultants and suppliers of goods and services, the establishing of policies and flag binder for the flag as well as establishing the "Experience Club" for the members.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo
