You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative teammates. You'll drive the execution of projects with non-criticality, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations as summarized in the contract charter. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and Quality Assurance), oversee project timelines and deliverables, and much more.We'll look to you for:Accountability for project QCDP performance and optimization of Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash).Responsibility for project governance. Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance).Leadership and coordination of project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out. This includes proper transfer from tender to project, definition of project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract.Resource management: Define in advance project core team staffing, as well as its WP resources and escalate when project resources available do not match the project needs.Team leading, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners: Ensure alignment of key project stakeholders towards project goals.Engagement of project teams: Foster successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among team members.Management of project progress and KPIs: Report to senior management with transparency during business/critical project reviews.Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual.Management of customer and external stakeholders' relationships: Support the Customer Director and SPD for customer and partner relationship and ensure alignment with customer contractual requirements.All about you:We value passion and attitude over experience.
