Project Manager (New Facility)

**Summary**:Established guidelines, coordinate new building readiness and plant transference to new building. Assure project implementation on time, meeting with corporate goals. Execute coordination at multiple levels upper management to communicate progress; landlord and suppliers to assure facility build project and plant staff coordination to execute transference.**Education**:- Bachelor´s degree (preferably Industrial or Manufacture Engineer)**Experience / Knowledge required**:- 3-4 years' experience on similar position- Green Field knowledge- English advanced level- Program Management- Building facilitator- Interaction with suppliers, corporate and plant staff.- Financial analysis**Essential functions of the position**:- Responsible of general coordination for a successfully new building start up project.- Responsible of coordination between parties (company, suppliers)- Responsible to assure and meet all governmental & environmental rules and procedures- Responsible of coordination on commercial side with sales and plant for approvals- Responsible of project transference coordination on target stablished.**Key activities of the position**:- Stablish an effective communication and coordination between landlord, suppliers & company to meet project scope.- Stablish communication, prepare reports & anticipated escalation to upper management.- Assure to meet project milestones.- Coordinate to assure plant opening on time based on scheduled.**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Manager: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English advanced (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
