Job contributions and key responsibilities:Project ManagementAccomplishing the project objectives.Develop project plans that identify and respect resource and budgetary needs.Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers to provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members and to keep the project on course.Strive to maintain the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of the various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits, and minimizes costs.Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.Accountable for maintaining scope, budget and timelines.Project PlanningResponsible for facilitating the planning and execution of the project.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.Ensure that the project's objectives, schedules, and team assignments are clear.Identify and acquire the appropriate resources.Plan and control the project's budget.Progress ReportingBe the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from the core project team, before the problem escalates, as the key project representative.Monitor team progress.Manage communication related to the project.OtherOther duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnology principles and practices (including the full software development life cycle, requirements management, IT change management, and issue management/resolution).Proven critical thinking, complex analytical and problem-solving skills.Resource management, including saying no when resources are not sufficient or available.Strong people management, including multi-functional and cross-country teams and vendors.Highly developed intercultural and interpersonal sensitivity.Build and maintain an ongoing positive business relationship across key business stakeholders, all levels of internal and external management, vendors and/or agency personnel.Visualize and understand alternative options to complex problems - what the ROI, efficiency gains and timing implications with each alternative to leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Present and communicate complex ideas and implications in succinct, business and user-friendly language, either verbal or written.High sense of urgency and proactivity.Unrelenting positive attitude.Education LevelBachelor's Degree.Field/s of EducationManagement.Business Administration.Other related fields.Years of ExperienceMore than 10 years of overall professional experience. 1-2 years in a similar role.LicensesPMI Certification or Prince2 or Equivalent.LanguagesEnglish: Fluent.Spanish: Fluent.Necessary SoftwareOffice - Advanced.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel anytime - domestic and international.#J-18808-Ljbffr
