.Supports organizational and IT (Information Technology) leadership in overseeing, managing, and using the entire life cycle of investments and initiatives to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Acts as the resource for Executive Management for communications, and for reporting the state and performance of initiatives within the program. Helps focus stakeholders' efforts. Provides and escalates data on achieving an optimized mix among project investments, making the best possible use of all resources, and delivering the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs. Identifies, prioritizes, and coordinates project and program resources engaged with all or many of the initiatives within the projects program.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.Conduct reviews weekly and monthly- or at other specified intervals - with senior managers, stakeholder committees, and other relevant bodies. Do so to validate and assess the projects program, execute change, and reprioritize as necessary to meet business needs.Conduct regular meetings with the senior managers. Inform them of any issues with the performance of individual projects within the program.Confirm that the use of resources and funding is on plan and highlight any variances.Provide criteria for prioritization at the appropriate level aligned to the goals of the investment council and steering committee. Become the point of escalation and arbitration if necessary.Oversee and coordinate dependencies across the initiatives in the program and resolve or escalate conflicts.Accountable for data provided to function senior leadership for any action items required for data integrity.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Adopt and promote industry best practices and continuous improvement activities within the team.Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting about the projects program, their contents, and the performance of individual initiatives to stakeholder and governance council(s), and senior management.Direct the creation and maintenance of the required projects program documentation and artifacts.Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economy or related field. Project management certifications (i.E. Agile, Scrum, PMI)Previous Work Experience:+4 years of experience in program project management, preferably in IT automotive and/or financial services.Prior experience in the automotive industry or financial services industry is a plus.Project management methodologies (i.E.
