Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Specialist - Supplier Sustainability located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

What a typical day looks like:

- Review and communicate customer technical sustainability expectations.
- Communicate to suppliers and cross-functional teams all customer requirements, specifications, and project timelines.
- Help establish project schedule, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
- Review daily action points and identify problem areas.
- Assess the problem the cause and provide technical support and direction to resolve issues.
- Develop status reports, ensuring the project team is meeting customer requirements and supplier compliance.
- Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
- Create and conduct innovative presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, status, milestones, etc.
- Assist on larger projects/programs management.
- Frequent interaction with suppliers and/or functional peer group managers. Frequent interaction with middle management and individual contributor groups.
- Interaction with customers to understand project technical requirements.
- Might interact with senior management.
- Working sessions with stakeholders.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Mid experience as a process engineer or product engineer in electronic manufacturing.
- PCBA Manufacturing processes knowledge, plastic injection, aluminum, and copper handling.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Knowledge of Excel, able to do data analysis.
- Related experience in automotive or manufacturing companies.
- English advance (spoken and written).
