This type of growth requires a Lease Renewal Specialist, with experience managing lease renewals for clients in the Chicagoland area. Role Overview: The successful remote Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing the entire lease renewal process from obtaining owner approval to finalizing and updating leases in the system. This role involves implementing strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring progress, and ensuring renewals stay on track. Your Day To Day In this Role: Engage with clients and residents to discuss lease renewal options, terms, and benefits, this excludes any negotiations. Prepare and process lease renewal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding lease renewals. Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Update any resident information in the system as new info is shared/discovered by the resident. Track and report on lease renewal outcomes and explain any bottlenecks Cross train on other resident service team responsibilities Any other duties assigned by the resident services manager as directed Your Background: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative tasks within a property management company; 3+ years preferred. Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (C1 or C2 English Level) Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection.
