They take care of the advertising, screening, collection of rent, and maintenance of the properties they manage. They are committed to making the homeowner's experience as smooth as possible.**ACTIVITIES**:- Supervise the operation and administration of the Association following the management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.- Acts as or oversees the primary liaison with the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners as needed, and performs administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.- Ensure Associa community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized.- Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association's Board of Directors, and oversees AP processes.- Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.- Prepare Board packages according to established time frames, and ensure they are aware of legal actions involving the Association.- Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the Association.- Responsible for maintenance of Appfolio database.- Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted.- Also coordinates and oversees the inspection of building facilities and common areas and arranges appropriate follow-up.**Schedule**:Monday to Friday- Standard: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mexico City time.- Daylight saving: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mexico City time.- Note: Flexibility is required due to the possibility of meetings after regular business hours. _**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
