We specialize in complex inventory handling.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented PR and Event Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in elevating our brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations:Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and analysts.Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on brand reputation.Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts.Event Management:Develop and execute a robust event strategy, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and internal events.Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics from conception to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with business goals.Measure event ROI and provide detailed reports on event performance.Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for events.Brand Management:Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to amplify brand awareness.QualificationsCOMMUNICATIVE AND FLUENT KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH – MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and event execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural relationships.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Knowledge of media relations and crisis communication best practices.Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.What we offer:Contract-based employment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Work in the office from Monday to Friday (7:30 - 16:30).A friendly atmosphere in a dynamic team.Benefits:Immediate IMSS coverage.Law benefits.Direct contract.Additional information:There are three steps in the recruitment process.
