Job DescriptionPrimary Duties and Accountabilities:
Interface between Corporate Purchasing and the BusinessUnitProject Manager for purchased components, direct interface with Suppliers Product technical interface to suppliersSpecific Duties Project management in the field of external procurement for every new projects (platform, variants, applications) worldwideResponsibility for achieving project goals (expenses, quality, scheduled dates, budged)Participation in the SE-Team, coordination of SE-Work with suppliersResponsible to perform Technical discussion with suppliersKPI Tracking, interface between BU and PurchasingInterface with purchasing organization for strategic and operative topicsSupervision of series products(Engineering Change Management)Establish second suppliersand long Term StrategyResponsibility for ratio-projects and change managementQualificationsMechanical or Industrial Engineer preferredInterpretation of technical drawings of engineering areasExperience in Automotive IndustryExpertise in Production ProcessesKnowledge in Automotive QualityTools and Purchasing ProcessesAdditional InformationSKILLS: Knowledge in/with:
- SAP
- Software Project Management
- Flexibility in working hours, remote working
