**Main Responsibilities**:- Executes Field and Lab test plan for product verification and validation.- Compiles and documents necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of pertinent design analyses data) to document the design solution required for building of prototypes and adoption of the design.- Applies knowledge of company products and EVPs on PV&V activities for Tractor and Loaders product lines.- Performs engineering calculations to ensure quality and reliability of design.- Leads continuous improvement projects in order to optimize the PP&V processes.
**What Skills You Need**:- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.- Skill in using company information systems and processes.- Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.- Understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the company product.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Instrumentation, Data Acquisition and Strain Gauge knowledge.- Knowledge on other engineering areas is desirable: Hydraulics, Electronics, Vehicle Software.- CREO Parametrics and AutoCAD.- BI Tools and Data Analytics.
**Education (or equivalent experience)**:- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline - University Degree.
