Ensure adoption of agile practices and roles within the QA team. Oversee automated testing, ensuring effective integration into the CI/CD pipeline.Develop comprehensive test plans to support releases and project objectives. Align testing efforts with iterative development cycles and communicate plans to stakeholders. Track and mitigate risks, coordinating with project stakeholders on issue resolution.Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs). Maintain transparent and regular communication on QA activities and deliverables.Monitor and improve quality standards and metrics; regularly report quality outcomes to stakeholders. Lead initiatives to improve product quality in alignment with SAFe principles. Explore and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve QA processes.Manage QA resources to optimize team capacity and meet project goals.
