This role offers a chance to be part of a company that prioritizes innovation and continuous improvement in a collaborative setting, making a difference in the world.**Responsibilities**:As a QA Technician II, you will:- Register inspection data using applicable quality control procedures to ensure flawless operations.- Notify your immediate manager of any deviations from the established standards to maintain our outstanding quality.- Assist the Quality Lead in addressing observations from the ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 certification processes.- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including JDI, Gembas, and PPI, to improve our processes.- Support non-conforming material activities, including crafting NCMs, material segregation, rework activities, and more.**Qualifications**:To be successful in this role, you must have:- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or scientific environment.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to quality control procedures.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.- A proactive approach and the ability to successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.Why Thermo Fisher Scientific?At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team on meaningful projects.
