This hybrid role is in Queretaro with the expectation to be in plant 5 days per week.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Organizational Mindset: Implement and ensure the execution and follow-up of product quality programs in the plant.
Mindset Responsible: Oversee following up consumer and customer complaints as well as quality defects throughout the process .
Drive Results: Direct support to operations in the implementation and training of quality programs.
Build Effective Teams: Review compliance with quality standards on new products.
Critical organization: Comply with governmental regulations, Kellanova policies Coordinating, executing, and ensuring the implementation and follow up of assigned HACCP prerequisites.
We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor´s degree in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, microbiology or other related science program 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Presentation and computer skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and statistical tools.

Knowledge of QFS Center Team Boards - Golden Six .
Intermediate English level.
