Our mission is to create long-lasting, successful partnerships between advertisers and publishers to drive growth and profitability.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our advertising platform, focusing on ad numbers, placements, and pages.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand product requirements and ensure the highest quality standards are met.- Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and errors in the advertising platform.- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, working closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.- Provide regular updates on testing progress, quality metrics, and overall system stability.- Continuously research and implement best practices for QA methodologies and tools.- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures within the organization.- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed to support the team's objectives.Who is our ideal persona?- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the advertising or affiliate marketing industry.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Everflow is a plus.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Proficiency in using bug tracking systems and test management tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members.- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.Disclaimer**Salary**: $24,370.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
