Primary Purpose:
Identifies system issues in New Policy Systems (NPS) by conducting underwriting reviews, as well as researching and escalating potential system issues submitted by all areas of National General Insurance

- Review potential system issues to determine if a production problem, outage, or training issue exists and resolve issue
- Conduct timely reviews of NPS policies for all states, product, and lines of business
- Identify and escalate any issues, trends, assumptions, and impacts for changes to the proper levels of management
- Share feedback directly with Insurance Service Representatives on training opportunities identified
- Track and trend all issues reported
- Provide procedural updates and communications to the Knowledge Is Power (KIP) team as needed
- Represent the team and participates in meetings as necessary or requested
- Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness
- Communicate effectively and confidently with all areas of the organization, including leadership, business partners, and third
parties
- Continuously consider process improvements and implement best practices
- Complete administrative tasks as needed or requested
- Back up unit personnel and Supervisor for phone or back-office coverage and outage reporting
- Occasionally serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects impacting Operations

Knowledge of National General Insurance data and resources, including but not limited to BSPs, Rating Tables, Business Rules,
and Underwriting Manuals
- Prior system testing or project management experience
