In this position, you will establish and maintain a quality culture in Electrification Distribution Solutions, controlling quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead Manufacturing Quality Assurance team (~20 HC).
- Fully responsible of Quality Assurance Control Plans.
- Prevent mistakes and defects in products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers.
- Focus on preventing issues rather than just control and driving the utilization of process management to deliver consistent results.
- Work with HR to ensure that the local quality team is staffed, developed, and directed.
- Promote and boost Quality Culture within the Organization.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Product management on improving processes and product specifications / design.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and MPS team to fulfill customer deliveries.
- Support Customer Care team making sure that the customer's voice is represented in the local business and presenting the management team with customer experience feedback.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering from and accredited university; MBA desired.
- 5 + years of experience in Quality leadership roles.
- Experience in SIX Sigma Methodology, Quality tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, DOEs, ANOVAs, Control charts) and Core tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Leader or Internal Auditor Certified.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong Collaboration with other areas.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
