**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.
**

**As a Quality Costumer Care, you will be responding to the customer and follow up on complaints about the shipped product, maintain a constant communication on the follow-up and corrective actions of non-conformities, as a customer representative at our plant.
**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- **Visits to internal and external clients.
**:

- **Preparation of customer complaint matrixes and status of complaints per car.
(QN'S).
**:

- **Coordinate product replacements for customer plants.
**:

- **Attend weekly conferences with internal and external customers to follow up issues.
**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor's degree in any area.
(Completed)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced conversational English level +80%
