**Quality Engineer - Customer Support**Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with over 50 years in the market, is the leading provider in the manufacturing of transmission and distribution poles and hardware, lighting, telecommunications, signage, and public lighting.
As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking to integrate a to our team, who will be located in our Guadalajara plant, 15 minutes from the airport.
**Purpose**:The Quality Engineer - Customer Support ensures that customer expectations are met by promptly resolving quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation for delivering high-quality products**What We're Looking For**:- **Advanced conversational English** (Essential for customer interactions).- Previous experience in the position, at least 1 year.- Strong skills in **solving tool management.
**:- Experience in quality assurance and working with **8D methodologies**.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide top-notch customer support to address quality concerns.- Utilize advanced problem-solving tools and methodologies, including **8D reports**, to ensure continuous improvement.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
