Share information with the local team and follow up on 8D responses and corrective action reports.Report Preparation: Create monthly defect percentage reports for all customers.
Prepare charts using tools like Minitab for SPC tracking and coordinate the review of customer defects.Coordination and Weekly Meetings: Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with production, engineering, and customer teams, including LATAM, MXCOM, and Color Forum meetings.Corrective Actions Implementation: Verify the implementation of corrective actions in the area.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address 8D responses and internal or external audit reports.Continuous Improvement: Implement and supervise continuous improvement programs such as 5S and Kaizen.
Deliver monthly A3 presentations on 5S.Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet quality standards.5S Audits: Perform 5S audits in production areas and offices, ensuring adherence to 5S standards and acting as a 5S Champion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
