ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector. Manage derogations. Lead continuous improvement on its production lines. Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector. Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the production lines. Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and PEP), contribute to process/control capability implementation. Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BS Engineering field. 5+ years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing enviroment Drawing interpretation for GD&T as pero ASME Y14.5 or equvalent. Inspection sampling plans knowledge using C=0, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105) Knowledge of Quality Tools using SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, 5Why, etc. Kaikaku or 6-Sigma experience Knowledge of Quality Improvement methodologies and related statistical tools and techniques. Knowledge of process sheets and control plan, measuring instruments, statistical techniques, metrology, JIT, Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, and other SPC quality tools Experience in processes that include Plastic Molding, Metal Stamping, Electronic Components & Assembly, Cable Harness, Metallurgy, Electrical Power Transfer, Paint and Coatings, etc. ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
