Welcome to Bosch!**Job Description**:Communication with key customer on Q-topics.Drive improvement action triggered by customer issues.Voice of the customer in the plant.Reporting of key customer quality issues and situation to the management.Prepare and lead customer audits.Work with internal and external customers to identify and permanently correct non-conformances.Participate in Cross functional teams to drive actions in order to meet key quality performance indicators.Acts as partner and coach for the MOE-managers to improve quality in different production areas.Improvement of quality understanding and quality mind-set.Occasional travel may be required.Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or related field* plus two years in an Industrial Environment, Associates Degree in a technical field* plus five years in an Industrial Environment, High School diploma* plus ten years in an Industrial Environment.- Ability to lead technical and non/technical projects or actions- Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques.- Desire to lead and work with team members to bring to closure concerns in a timely manner.- Willingness to obtain Six Sigma Green Belt or Shainin Journeyman certification.- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- Working knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office software and SAP or other business related software.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
