The description for the position of Quality Intern for Reynosa (ASCO Plant)What will you be doing in this position?From the control plan, detect the critical points of the process.Verify the adherence of the process to the control plan and notify discrepancies, by means of PRs, or other appropriate means.Ensure that the measuring instruments in the area are calibrated and ready for use.Perform the release of the first part, where the process requires it, using as reference, Golden Sample, updated drawings, quality procedures, etc.Release batches or finished product, when from your operating instructions, WO, sample parts or drawings, after sampling.With the support of the Quality Engineer, conduct regular meetings to manage corrective actions to ensure product quality.Maintain work area under 5'S + 1 guidelines.This job might be for you if:Active bachelor students from 5th semester onwards related to industrial, processes, materials, manufacturing, mechanical or related engineering. Graduation in June 2025 or later.English Level AdvancedAvailability to work 30 hours per weekProblem solving methodology (8D, Fish Bone, 5 why).Basic knowledge in MRP system (JD Edwards).Basic knowledge in ISO 9000Knowledge of inspection to define standardsInterpretation of electrical and mechanical diagramsExcellent attention to detail.Strong problem solving skills.High sense of urgency and proactive.High spirit of teamwork.Important Note:We recognize that skills and competencies can manifest themselves in different ways and be based on life experiences.
