We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Supervisor, **based in** Torreon. Coahuila **(E-Systems Division).

As Quality Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Coordinator.

**Your Task will be**
- Coordinate the PPAP process
- Follow up on PSW and IMDS approvals of components.
- Development of work instructions / use of measurement and test equipment.
- Monitor compliance in time of planning activities in Lear and customer systems: "Profile", GQTS, CQMS, SQMS.
- Define the special characteristics of the harness based on customer requirements.
- Define the inspection system for each production line: self-inspections, progressive, successive, and visual aids
- Follow-up on each change of engineering or model to the quality level of the line.
- Quality Network Planning in each Launch Phase.

**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)
- English proficient (80%)
- Analysis skills, communication, organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/deadlines, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. #LI-DNI
